We use aged rums and liquers that complement the rich butter cake base. You have a choice of fresh, silk or handmade gumpaste floral arrangements. This special cake is priced upon consultation.
Dark moist rum soaked fruit cake laced liberally with rum is available undecorated or with icing and almond paste to suit you individual needs.......
